hi I just rebuilt the flake from this post, and the exact issue persists, even if the llama-index has already been added to nixpkgs.

### Describe the bug I was writing a nix flake for a project when I encountered… this issue so I wrote a new one with just this package to make sure other packages were not responsible for the collision.
