ALVR can't launch SteamVR - steam.desktop is not executable

Absolutely the same problem with Anytype (from nixpkgs).

When clicking a link it first shows warning

And then the same error:

NixOS 24.05
Plasma 6.0.5
Anytype 0.40.8

UPD. The story has been going on for more than 2 years already:

Apps launched by xdg-open can misbehave when called from FHS envs or wrapped programs

UPD2. I got it fixed by this:
