I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation?
I’m not bothered by phone specs, I mostly just want a low hassle setup experience and, at a minimum, be able to receive text messages via T-Mobile (USA).

EDIT: I realize the answer is most likely “pinephone”, but just want to check others’ experience with this. Worried that T-Mobile could break compatibility by requiring VoLTE or some such thing. (I don’t entirely trust the pinephone to be the safest bet in that regard, but would be happy to be wrong - I see VoLTE support was added in postmarketos as of roughly 6 months ago)
