Boot frozen on systemd-udev

I Recently had a problem while booting. If i boot from an USB and choose any of the installation options or either way I just boot into any of the system versions I get the following screen. I can’t reinstall the system or boot into any of the previous generations.

If you have plymouth enabled (the graphical ISOs do), then this often happens because plymouth took over the screen and then something crashed and plymouth isn’t showing you the useful information. You can disable it by pressing e in the boot menu and adding plymouth.enable=0 to the params.
