Targeting `master` because this shouldn’t cause any rebuilds.
- Updates `darw… in` to use a `by-name` overlay (à la `tclPackages`);
- Inlines `ghc-standalone-archive` in `all-packages.nix` because it’s a function; and
- Moves `reattach-to-user-namespace` out because it was never in the `darwin` package set.

As part of the by-name migration for darwin, darwin.mkAppleDerivation has been removed from the darwin package set.
Since it only works for building the source releases packaged in Nixpkgs, it’s unlikely there are any external users, but the change is technically breaking.
