Call for Maintainers: NetworkManager and ConnMan

NetworkManager and ConnMan recently lost all their maintainers[1][2][3][4].

These packages are still (mostly) kept up to date and patched by passerby, but there’s no one to ping if you need help or a review. So, if you’re relying on these programs and have some spare cycles, please consider adding yourself as a maintainer.
