Community aarch64-darwin builder?

Is there a community aarch64-darwin builder, similar to the aarch64-linux builder? It’s the only hydra platform that can’t be virtualized.

We got 5 mac minis sponsored by macstadium (out of which 3 are M1).

@grahamc is going to set them up, we could have one as a community builder.

Is there one for the nix-community Github org? It could be useful for CI and binary cache.
