Customize system locale based on en_GB.UTF-8

Hi,
I am looking how to configure system-wide for custom date and time format.
How can I do that in configuration.nix?

I’ve got i18n.defaultLocale = "en_GB.UTF-8";. Haven’t used extraLocaleSettings myself.
