Hello,

I’m running the current stable release of NixOS. The kernel shows to be at ver 6.18.59. This seems to be impacted by CVE-2026-98432. I’m relatively new to NixOS. Should I be concerned, and how best to get to a patched version?

The CVE record shows it fixed in 6.18.56, so you already have the patch. NixOS quickly follows upstream stable kernels and has had the fixed version for weeks.
