I swear it used to run great, but all of a sudden, in any Distrobox container, if I run anything that needs to open a window, it complains about not having something like “libfontconfig.so.1”. You can go ahead and install that, but then there will be a new one, pretty much forever. Anyone have any idea what’s going on here?
For anyone coming here later, the problem was something in my home directory. Who knows what; it’s pretty darn cluttered. Using a new home directory solved the problem.
