Is it possible to use use this TUNA cache with flakes? I thought I had it figured out, because everything was going fast for a couple of days, but it was just a fluke. All downloads are still going through https://cache.nixos.org.
You can read in the first link, if you are so inclined, that, basically, cache.nixos.org is extremely, painfully slow in China. Like, “run an update for 10 hours and it’s still not done downloading 5 gigabytes” slow.
When I put that in my extra-substituters list, it asks me to confirm, so it appears to be added to the list, but nothing actually downloads from there, e.g.,

That might work, but now it’s failing with a bunch of errors, with HTML in the log that looks like TUNA is blocking me?
