Error 7132 Prime video streaming on ALL my browsers

Hello,

I have an error that affects all my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Web), and that’s what surprises me.
I have a NixOs 24.11 with fkake and Home-manager, I’m a very average Nixos user.

This system worked well for over 6 months, including Prime.
One day, Firefox was crashing systematically, so I tinkered with it. I removed it from configure.nix, tried an install with nix-env before realizing that it would be nix profile, then put it back in configureation.nix… in short, it’s working again, but not Prime.

Unfortunately, thinking that everything was working, I deleted the older “versions” of my nixos.

Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks

the error:
“Prime Video is incompatible with your current operating system or web browser.
You must update to watch Prime Video titles. Review the Prime Video system requirements. If the problem continues, please contact Amazon Customer Service and refer to error 7132.”

Switch to 25.05 and recheck, 24.11 is deprecated. May not make a difference since browsers get backported, but ruling out simple stuff is always a good start.

THanks, you’re right; so I did it. I’m on 25.05 now. I Hoped it could help but the problem still remain. Not so suprising.I have another Nixos on another machine, still on 24.11, witch play this streaming without problem. Anyway i was a good thing to do.
I’ll keep on digging
