Failed to install NixOS 23.1 Gnome due to can resolve shared library libaws-c-cal.so

I tried to install NixOS through the installer downloaded from the official website on my laptop X1 Carbon Gen11.

ff34718f44e20018699527535e0787d586b0f6f938b1d37057cf9b6bac912c89  nixos-gnome-23.11.2774.3dc440faeee9-x86_64-linux.iso

The installation failed due to an error like

Cannot find shared library libaws-c-cal.so.1.0.0

Any ideas?
