[Feature request] Build a NixOS distro with debugging information inside all binaries

Some people is having core dumps in certain NixOS programs, and to fix them they need binaries built with debugging information:

• Coredump when using tar in a nixos build
• buffer-overflow FORTIFY_SOURCE=2
