If you have a project in in nix-community that you want to be build by hercules-ci,
just ping us and we enable it.
All you need is a ci.nix like in this project: build04: add hercules-ci.nix by Mic92 · Pull Request #140 · nix-community/infra · GitHub
Users with write access to a repo can switch it on/off all by themselves in the dashboard. Self-service 
Adding secrets for use in effects does require some coordination as of yet.
Hercules-ci will also upload the build outputs automatically to our nix-community binary cache.
