Hotwiring PS1 for nix-shell informative status

i like nix shells!

However , sometimes i just need a one shot use tool ,

so i do nix-shell -p magic-wormhole

Is the way to hotwire $PS1 prompt, to show what i’ve shelled into .

so n

nix-shell -p magic-wormhole

[magic-wormhome:~] wormhole --help

I could research this, but I’ve got ride my bike today, so wonder if this has been done before?

I know starship does this automatically. But idk if that would fit your needs.
