How to use kipi plugin in gwenview?

I see that the gwenview package includes kipi but I can’t seem to find it in the gwenview interface. How can I use it?

My question is that there is no Plugins menu in Gwenview in NixOS 22.11

Oh you are right… then I don’t know, it might be worth submitting an issue on Nixpkgs’s Github.
