I accidently posted my topic for "Help" in "Uncategorized"

I started a new topic (One flake, multiple systems tracking different releases - #16 by TLATER) with a question which I wanted to place in Help. As I forgot to add a category (I used the new-topic-button on the frontpage) it’s now placed in Uncategorized.

Looking at the topics in the uncategorized category, it seems more people make the same mistake.

  1. Is it possible for me to move the topic to Help afterwards?
  2. Wouldn’t it be wise to NOT set Uncategorized as default topic but to force people to actively choose a category?
