Info pages for Nixpkgs

Hey I’m no expert on Info pages, or docbook, or whatever; BUT I wanted to have Nixpkgs docs, especially lib, available in emacs.

I cooked up this naive flake that adds nixpkgs.info outputs to the nixpkgs.htmlDocs.nixpkgsManual installable.

If that’s useful to you, enjoy! If you actually know things about makeinfo and my build causes your eyes to roll - let me know why

Emacs also has M-x woman, which gives you access to the nix related man pages, including man configuration.nix.
