Intel AC9260 WiFi Card Issue

To cut a long story short, I am having issues with my WiFi Card, it is an Intel AC9260 card on a Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I carrier board. The issue is that whilst the Bluetooth component of the device is seemingly functional, the WiFi component is not.
’lshw -C network’ is only returning my motherboard’s Ethernet interface however ’lsusb’ is indeed listing my WiFi/Bluetooth card as present. As a relative novice I am rather confused by this state of affairs and would appreciate any suggestions to aid in my predicament.

I assume you’re running NixOS.

What does the networking.interfaces and networking.wireless stuff in your configuration.nix look like?

Did you read wireless networking section in the NixOS manual?

I have the same card, and had the same issue. But it’s not the fault of the card, because it is the same with another card. In case you are using an initrd, this thread might help: Wireless connection within initrd - #12 by ElvishJerricco I needed boot.initrd.availableKernelModules = [ "iwlmvm" ]; to fix my issue.
