Interviews with NGI software project authors

Our NGI0 consortium partner APC started a series of interviews with the developers of various projects supported through the NGI program. These provide some context for what is happening both in detail as well as in the big picture. The NixOS Foundation is part of the consortium and with Summer of Nix — in its fourth edition in 2024 — helps projects gain wider adoption by easing the onboarding of users and contributors by packaging their software for NixOS.

Also there’s now an NGI0 podcast:

I particularly liked the interview with Joep Meindertsma, the author of Atomic Data, which we supported with NixOS packaging.
