Is there a reason why Typst 0.14.2 is not yet merged into stable, after a month?

Hi all,

Is there a reason why nixpkgs/pkgs/by-name/ty/typst/package.nix at 1412caf7bf9e660f2f962917c14b1ea1c3bc695e · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub is not yet merged into stable? It was committed about a month ago.

Because https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/471587 is for unstable and there has to be a backport of the commit to stable.

Also even staging cycles do follow a ~2-week cadence.

It seems an automatic backport was also not possible, I will backport the PR

edit: PR was created, still pending a nixpkgs-review run

Thanks to @r-burns and @ryand56 the PR is now merged. You should see it in nixos-25.11 soon-ish
