KDE konsole options missing

Unable to set custom keyboard shortcuts for KDE Konsole.
In particular Settings → Configure Keyboard Shortcuts… of section 2.1.6.

What is the Nix way of going about this?

What versions are you using?
Maybe backup and drop you ~/.local/share/konsole folder.
