Hi there!
I need libreoffice (mostly just calc) on my laptop. First I installed the package “libreoffice-still” since I prefer stability over bleeding edge. I was happy with it for a few weeks but then I needed some functionality thats only accessible through the menu bar, and failed finding / activating it.
I’m using a KDE Plasma 6 Wayland desktop with global menu (placed on one of my desktop panels) which works fine for other apps that use a menu bar, like “Konsole”, but didn’t for “libreoffice-still”. I’ve then switched to “libreoffice” which didn’t improve the situation, but switching to “libreoffice-qt” finally solved it and got me the menu bar I needed.
Should I file this as a bug somewhere or write the maintainer of those packages = Michael Raskin <7c6f434c@mail.ru> ? Or is this a known / expected problem with the UI-library the non QT-version of libre-office uses when combined with KDE Plasma?
