Got new HDR monitors and keeping in mind burn-in I have the screen timeout set, however the monitors do not stay asleep after they timeout from no input and wake back up about five–ten seconds later to the lock screen, repeating.
I’m noticing in the logs,
kded6[2936]: Failed to notify “Created too many similar notifications in quick succession”
And I can catch notifications fading away when I unlock. I’m suspecting KDE notifying that the displays disconnected is waking the monitors back up.
