Nix 2.15 released

Hi,

I’m pleased to announce the availability of Nix 2.15.0. It is available from Download Nix / NixOS | Nix & NixOS and http://releases.nixos.org/?prefix=nix/nix-2.15.0/.

Yep, it seems to not be there (anymore?): https://nixos.org/manual/nix/stable/release-notes/release-notes.html does not list “2.15.0” (latest it lists is “2.13.0”).

Ah, it can be found in the unstable version of the manual though: Release 2.15 (2023-04-11) - Nix Reference Manual

I may have inadvertently reverted the “latest” version when I did the 2.13.4 point release. However I also just released 2.16.0 so the situation should be fixed in the next hour or so.
