Nix3 equivilents to #! nix-shell -i python -p hello

Hello all,
What’s unified nix equivilent command for #! nix-shell -i python -p hello?
my googling around and looking through man pages for nix shell have found nothing, unfortunately. particularly, I would like to pull from remote git repos, but setting up a wrapper script and downloading tarballs has worked well enough for now.
