NixCon is just over a month away, and we hope you are as excited as we are! This message serves as a reminder and contains some practical info, so please read all the way through.
- If you haven’t gotten your ticket yet, now’s the time!

If you have a ticket but do not plan to attend, please cancel it.
This helps us know how many people are attending, which we need to plan ahead for things like food and merch.
Note: If you have a voucher that you do not plan to redeem, there is no need to do anything. You can of course send it to a friend.

The CfP closes in just 3 days. If you would like to contribute a talk, now’s the time to register it!
The organisers and sponsors are meeting at the venue on Thursday, 2025-09-04 at 15:00 to set things up.
- In addition to organisers and sponsors, volunteers are also invited to join. If you would like to volunteer to help us set up, that includes

Other useful information:
- There will be free food
on all three days! You don’t need to make lunch or dinner plans elsewhere. - On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the doors are open from 9:00 to 21:00.
- There is a lake. Bring your swimwear!
- Don’t forget to bring a power adapter for Swiss electrical sockets. Most European plugs will not fit: Power plug & outlet Type J
- Thanks to our generous sponsors, we have some budget to offer travel stipends to contributors that need help getting to NixCon. If you need help, do not hesitate to reach out to us and we’ll decide on a case-by-case basis.
