Sadly i wont be able to be there, because the travel cost is way too much for me (as a student). Seems like i will have to wait to the next Paris event 
Wasn’t enough into nix when there was NixCon 2022
While our next priority with funding is probably to secure free food, I do want to set the priority after that to stipends for those who need it, probably starting at official team members, etc. so that teams can meet up in person.
So, please get in touch with the organisers, maybe we can make it work soon!
Out of curiosity, how was the contributors.csv produced? Seems like contributors with private github profiles don’t appear in it.

Specifically the gen folder. It almost matches the voter eligibility requirement of the constitution, but with a lower threshold.
If you think you should be eligible based on that, e.g. because commits weren’t counted correctly, or because your contributions aren’t commits, let us know 
Similar story for me, it’s just not in my budget at the moment but seeing that there’s a voucher that I am eligible for is good at least. Maybe next year I could go.
I just received my ticket, thank you! Is there a timeline on when we will receive an “Invitation letter” to provide the Embassy for getting a VISA?

Thank you for pointing that out, I will send an email to nixcon organizers. For anyone else wondering the contact email, it is at the very bottom of the ticket purchasing page with the hyperlink text that says “Contact event organizer.”
Depending on what nationality it says in your passport(s), you might not need one: Short-term stay: entry requirements for Switzerland
