It might have sense to include in 20.03 upgraded versions of

libvirt (to match qemu version - libvirt is too old for qemu in unstable · Issue #81102 · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub)
collectd (to match updated libvirt libvirt: 5.4.0 -> 6.1.0 by wedens · Pull Request #81161 · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub), anyway collectd in 20.03 is very old (from Oct 2018) for such a software with tons of sensor plugins for various software
