NixOS Infra Team Meeting Notes

In early January we revamped the NixOS Infrastructure team with two new core maintainers (@hexa, as well as myself, joined @vcunat who was ~alone in charge of the project’s core infra). We also started meeting every two weeks to discuss infrastructure happenings, sync on ongoing efforts, etc. And as of today, we are now also publishing those meeting notes for archival purpose and so anyone interested can follow along.
