My NixOs + niri setup and switched bootloader to limine.
Sadly gaming not working right now but everything else.
well here is mine and pictures wont tell all just something… under the hood is alot happening lanzaboote, sops, hardware unlock keys, tpm2 decryption, hardened stuff, custom boot loader and so much more
boot loading screen animated (dirty screen just got back from 3 weeks asia trip didint clean it yet)
desktop pretty default kde plasma

long-time GNOME fan here who made a “brave move” to Plasma in July 2024 along with NixOS after 2 yrs of Fedora . honestly chat this IS the best experience I’ve ever had with any OS (shame w11), and taking into consideration that Nix is immutable I’ve no comments bro I was basically a GUI guy before I booted up NixOS the first time never went into security stuff containers ans so on until the time came - switched to the terminal for sure 
huge props to the devs!!!
Posting screen of my main laptop . I’m a content creator + video editor for my friend so having panel at the top with 3 workspaces is the most convenient layout for me. Will post my secondary PC with “wonderful” specs soon so stay tuned, I can guarantee you’ll get surprised

Updated new setup build hyprland, btrfs/subvolumes 32G swap included… lots of tweaking optimising and hardening. Doom Emacs I main desktop basically everything integrated on it with just some backup apps like browser, email and GUI apps that dosebt work on emacs. All running as buffers. 6+ weeks making learning and pulling my hair out. Highly inspired and base setup took from Joshua Blais setup. Took me week or so to get this on to actually even boot on my hardware and then starting to learn setup and tweaking and now almost done some small things need to Finnish and it is fully running emacs desktop
