NixOS wiki issue batch-close

I have batch-closed all remaining git issuos on moving the wiki (after consultation from @garbas).

The new wiki can be found at https://nixos.wiki and the old wiki is still accessible from https://web.archive.org/web/20160829175233/https://nixos.org/wiki/Main_Page. Please do not hesitate to log in with your Github accounts and edit away!
