NvFBC support (NixOS 23.11)

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone got NvFBC working on NixOS. I am running my system on an RTX 4090 and have patched the Nvidia drivers.

However, whenever an application tries to use NvFBC I get the following error: This hardware does not support NvFBC.

Is anyone else on the same boat?

I opened a PR that fixes a bug in nvidia-patch-nixos here. This should solve the issue.
