Nvidia w/ Wayland on gnome

Hi there. My employer just gave me a new laptop with an nvidia gpu.

The quirks repo does not yet have my model dell xps 15 9530.

Does anyone have a recent and working Wayland/gnome/nvidia/power optimization config I could reference to get this figured out?

I’ve mostly gotten it working by using common components from the nix hardware repository. I’m going to open a pull request and try to build one for the 9530.
