Generally, the plan is to have these on the fourth Thursday of the month. (modulo the upcoming holidays)

Unfortunately I can’t make this one at such short notice - but might be able to do the next if it is before Thanksgiving (it would be my last before I leave)
I’m thinking 2nd or 3rd Thursday for November would work.
3rd Thursday would work a treat
