I’m in the same boat. Any luck figuring this out? If you’re using hyprland, another option is hyprgrass but it’s in alpha with a disclaimer posted that it may “render your touch device unusable”.
I’m not sure why libinput-gestures isn’t working on NixOS. I was able to get it to work on Arcolinux running hyprland.
