Pkg InkyCap: TYPST markup logseq-like

I created a nixpkg PR for inkycap ( https://inkycap.org ), a personal knowledge base like logseq, but with Typst markup.
Storage is in text files.

New package inkycap: A personal knowledge management tool that uses **Typst**… markup. http://inkycap.org/ They seem to have 1-2 releases a month. WorksForMe, needs review to be included, and they have a couple of releases per month, so it might not be included soon.

Still, if anyone wants to try it, the PR is there.
