Hi, the project Prototype Fund (PF) of the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research started its next application round.
They divided into three tracks, one exclusive people <=25 years, and/or who are in training or studying. The other two tracks are about innovation and resilience.
PF is about creating a prototype for public interest, which may be funded again or bring in money otherwise. Funding amount is “up to €158,000 per project for teams and €79,000 for individual developers”. You don’t have to be German, but pay taxes here.
PF is similar to Sovereign Tech Agency which e.g. previously funded the nix-security-tacker.
