Someone please merge this so that statically linking against ncurses works with pkgsMusl:

## Description of changes
This builds terminfo directories into ncurses when … building statically, even on non-static variants of nixpkgs.

This PR is part of the efforts to fix NixOS/nixpkgs#295809 , an issue that would prevent Apptainer/Singularity users from adopting Nixpkgs release 24.05.
NixOS:master
← ShamrockLee:apptainer-default-path-substitution
opened 06:20AM - 25 Apr 24 UTC
## Description of changes
Add argument sourceFilesWithDefaultPaths to specify… the `defaultPath`s to substitute.
Passthru `sourceFilesWithDefaultPaths` for easier overriding.
Use `--replace-fail` during `defalutPath` substitution.
Add `mount` to the `defaultPathInputs` of `apptainer` and `singularity`.
How to verify that the fix takes effect:
When executing images using `singularity` from the master branch, it will complain that the `mount` command is not found in PATH. The error persists even after applying the firsts commit of this PR that adds `mount` into `defaultPathInputs`. After applying the second commit of this PR that fix the `defaultPath` substitution, the error will disappear.
`singularity` will still fail to execute images, complaining that `fusermount3` not found and permission denied when unmounting `/tmp/rootfs-.../root`. That one won't be fixed simply by adding `fuse3` into `defaultPathInputs`, as unprivileged users need SUID-bit-set `fusermount3` to unmount with `fusermount3 -r`. That one will be solved in #306730.
This PR also increase the default `memSize` of `singularity-tools.buildImage` from 512 to 1024, in the hope that `singularity.tests.image-hello-cowsay` could build successfully on CI without memory allocation error.
This is an initial effort toward fixing #295809, and it needs to be backported to Nixpkgs 24.05 if merged after branch-off.
