Added a Changelog entry to point old “vmware-horizon-client” users towards the new pacakge
I added myself as a maintainer for the package (since I’ll have to use this tool for the foreseeable future)
fixed build issues due to the recent libxml2 changes; added appropriate security notices

This PR renames `vmware-horizon-client` to `omnissa-horizon-client` and updates … it to the latest Version.
VMware Horizon was sold to Omnissa in 2024, and has since been rebranded as Omnissa Horizon.

Perhaps a little niche, but for a variety of reasons, sometimes software is published on Tor’s darknet, and so here’s a fetcher that can download from .onion addresses. (I don’t think this should be any more scandalous than having fetchtorrent
is.)

This is a fetcher that wraps another fetcher and proxies its HTTP requests throu… gh Tor. This is useful if the canonical source for a piece of software is not available in the clearnet, but can only be fetched from an `.onion` link.
The wrapped fetcher is selected from `fetchgit`, `fetchzip`, or `fetchurl`, based on whether there is a `rev` attribute or whether the `url` attribute looks like an archive. It can also be explicitly specified if the default selection isn't correct or if a different fetcher is desired. See tests for examples.
