Binwalk v2 was removed in #357991 in favor of the Rust rewrite (binwalk v3), thi…s PR reverts the removal and re-introduces binwalk v2, with an added symlink of the binary to `binwalk2` so both v3 and v2 (theoretically) can be used at the same time. Although the binwalk v2 fork by OSPG is already EOL, many (including myself) are still using binwalk v2 instead of the Rust rewrite (v3), mostly due to binwalk v2 being able to recognize files that binwalk v3 still fails to recognize (especially in CTFs). Until binwalk v3 no longer has these issues, binwalk v2 is still useful in the cases where binwalk v3 fails. Following up on https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/463682, when trying to use… whisper-cpp I now get `{"error":"FFmpeg conversion failed."}% ` The log says: ``` [in#0 @ 0x56457df2f040] Error opening input: No such file or directory Error opening input file whisper-server-20251121-014036-459268320.wav. Error opening input files: No such file or directory ``` This change fixes the problem. libepoxy: include egl in cflags for pkg-config based builds

Build systems that depend on pkg-config for cflags fail to find egl headers. The… example I ran into is building qemu in a dev shell environment. This seems to be caused by nixpkgs patching the behavior of pkg-config so that it does not include private dependencies in the cflags output unless it's a static build.
