I didn't add kubectl to runtimeInputs because it shouldn't be used standalone an…yway and people might have their own kubectl versions. This fixes a bug in the deluge exporter that occurred when a user would attempt …to set `delugePassword` without setting `delugePasswordFile` resulting in a null coercion error when attempting to build a configuration. ~~I've also updated the way we add the value of `delugePasswordFile` into the store. I noticed that some files in nixpkgs are unnecessarily executable, all this does… is `chmod` them from 755 to 644. nixos/networking: allow hostName to be an FQDN

Resolves #94011. As per the discussion in that issue, systemd's `hostnamectl(…1)` states that FQDN hostnames should be allowed: > The static and transient hostnames must each be either a single DNS label [..], or a sequence of such labels separated by single dots that forms a valid DNS FQDN. The documented workaround of setting the `kernel.hostname` sysctl isn't sufficient, since that only sets the transient hostname, which can get overriden at runtime through things like DHCP. --- The systemd wording requires either a single label or a valid FQDN, so `domain` can't be set if `hostName` is multi-part, and `fqdn` is set from `hostName` directly if it contains dots. This *should* be a non-breaking change since it only adds functionality, and `nixosTests.hostname.*` all pass with just the first or first+second commits applied. I've also gone through all ocurrences of `domain != null` and `hostName}.` and updated what made sense to use `fqdn`, which is the second commit. Still, some current usages of `hostName` might be assuming it's only a single label. Resolves #451984. Adds the ability to fetch images as `oci-archive` tarballs,… which makes it possible to preserve the digest specified in `imageDigest` (e.g. for importing into containerd, see the linked issue). The option is disabled by default, so it shouldn't cause any breakage. Supersedes #347797, since that was one of the first modules I've ever written an…d as a result ended up being kind of a mess... Adds a module & tests for #346281. Main differences from the first attempt are that I dropped multi-instance since it wasn't particularly useful, removed the auto-setup of hugepages/kernel modules & rewrote the config parser - it and everything else should be significantly more readable now. Apart from that, it's mostly the same in terms of available options and defaults, and the tests are practically just copied over. Systemd hardening is also something I want to do eventually, but I think it'd be best to leave that for a future PR. Adding the test as an integration test, because the binaries of the `synology-dr…ive-client` package don't have any cli options, which could be used for a test within the package itself. The application only supports x11 (to my knowledge). This application does not provide an easy way to test if it is functional. (like having a `--version` cli option) I'm not sure, if there are best practices on what package should have a test under nixos/tests and which should not.
