Importantly, this removes the apache-httpd dependency from xsecurelock (by defau…lt). From the README: > `authproto_pamtester`: Authenticates via PAM using pamtester. Shouldn't be required unless you can't compile `authproto_pam`. Only supports simple password based conversations. And: > `authproto_htpasswd`: Authenticates via a htpasswd style file stored in `~/.xsecurelock.pw`. To generate this file, run: `( umask 077; htpasswd -cB ~/.xsecurelock.pw "$USER" )` Use this only if you for some reason can't use PAM! nixos/avahi-daemon: disable the full mDNS NSS module by default

Previously, enabling nssmdns would enable the full mdns module by default, as we…ll as the minimal one. Unfortunately, the full one introduces a 5 second delay whenever it fails to perform a reverse hostname lookup (`gethostbyaddr`). This patch disables the full mdns NSS module unless the new disabled-by-default `nssmdns_full` option is enabled. This shouldn't negatively affect the vast majority of users. The only affected users are those who either: 1. Rely on Avahi to resolve IP addresses into hostnames on their local network. E.g., they need `host 192.168.1.20` to return the machine's hostname. 2. Are using mDNS hostnames that don't end in `.local`. ## Things done I have removed the patch that adds NIX_XDG_DESKTOP_PORTAL_DIR.… I made xdg-desktop-portal only look in that specific directory. Because of this both NixOS and HM used it. HM overwrote NixOS. This meant that when using both Cosmic and Hyprland, Cosmic could not find its portal. I have tested this patch with Cosmic, Hyprland, and Plasma. Add the LuaJIT-based accelerated variant of `craftos`. The package is released i…n two flavours, e.g. `2.8.3` and `2.8.3-luajit`. We select with the new `enableLuaJIT` flag, defaulting to `false` (old behaviour). The packages are similar enough that I opted for this approach instead of adding a new top-level entry. This was done first by Copilot, then stripped of comments and code duplication. However, packaging open-stage-control directly from the sou…rce is pretty hard because package.json depends on deps like : ` "bonjour": "git+https://framagit.org/jean-emmanuel/bonjour.git",` Which itself depends on another Framagit dep, which breaks the npm fetcher and makes some transitive npm deps not available at run time. This adds a boolean `boot.loader.grub.keepBootedSystemEntry` option. If true, th…is option adds the currently booted system to the list of grub menu items, even if the system has been rebuilt more than configurationLimit times or the system profile link has been removed. This is useful because any subsequent profile may be non-bootable, so it provides a more reliable fallback than even a large number of recent generations. This was originally posted as #487542. The bot decided it needed to be based on staging-nixos, and provided instructions which were not correct (not appropriate for general contributers or outdated - I don't know).
