This hasn’t exactly been sitting for long, but we need opinions on whether it’s acceptable to add external rust dependencies to a rust program that NixOS now maintains and uses.
I’d appreciate help from users of tt-rss in determining whether this upgrade is OK. I’ve never used tt-rss before, and upgraded it so as to pick up a fix for certain deprecation warnings that were appearing in the system log.
@Craftzman7 You don’t need to post every PR right after you post it – reviews get requested for the relevant maintainers automatically, and there’s a few people (myself included) who look at recently opened PRs to review/merge.
Per the first post in this topic:
If your PR has been sitting for a while and you’d like to see some action on it please post it here!
If your PRs don’t see any activity after a week or so, by all means post here.
Alright. Thanks for letting me know.
Would appreciate a review of the following PR, I’ve been using this for a few days without any issues now.
This one introduces cups-pdf (exactly: an improved fork) to nixpkgs/nixos:
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/182360
This one adds PPD files for many many printers, in particular older printers (I already posted it here a while ago, and I’m using it for over a year now, but it is still waiting for progress):
This one is a quick fix for file system expansion via our zpool-expand-pools service if expandOnBoot is set to all. It’s missing the zpool executable in current master.
This one is a bit spicy.
Those should be quick to review:
Just two small pull requests, one for a small set of programs ported from OpenBSD and one that’s a cursor theme. They’ve been reviewed once but no one’s merged them yet.
