I am implementing RFC 0051, and I need help! Here’s what we need to do to implement it:

  1. Add stale.yml configuration file: done✓
  2. Install stale bot plugin to GitHub nixos/nixpkgs repository

I need help with 2. I have requested the plugin be added, but I do not know who to ask to accept the plugin addition. Who has the power to accept the stale bot plugin addition?
