Result of RFC Steering Committee Rotation 2019/20

As discussed in previously the election for the RFC steering committee rotation took place today.

Starting with next year we will have 3 new members in our RFC committee, while 3
members will leave the team. The new members are @worldofpeace, @lheckemann, @spacekookie. The members leaving the team are @shlevy, @globin, @domenkozar.
@edolstra and @Mic92 remain.

Next week the last committee meeting of the old committee will take place, where the new members will join.
