I mean, your scenario assumes an extreme combination of parameters; our action situation, though, already poses the question «if you had a system to elect people closest in views, what would the benefit of all the committee timezone-negotiating overhead over just recognising the Condorcet winner who would also win under most tallying modes anyway as the project leader for a year».
@Gabriella439 I’d be very interested in hearing your thoughts about other voting algorithms 
In particular if you have a concrete recommendation, and expectations what would get better. (Possibly this is a topic for a separate thread.)
