- @infinisil: Proposal to not need to spend as much time anymore, remove the need for much of decision-making and therefore new members:
- Write down exactly what we do that’s mechanical, like a program, can be executed manually but also automated if time allows
- Perhaps look at the last year for what the RFCSC did to establish that
- Be clear what needs escalation to others in the RFCSC, but try to make the rules cover as much as possible
- Potentially have the final goal be that controversial decisions get escalated to the elected SC
- Weekly rotating duty or so, ideally primarily maintainer role
- For now starting a doc to write down process more clearly and structured
