Run Trezor-suite appimage

I did this earlier:

chmod +x DownloadedAppImage
./DownloadedAppImage

But you could also try:

nix-shell -p nixpkgs.appimage-run --run "appimage-run DownloadedAppImage"

In some cases this is needed as well.
